PROCESS and FAQ

THE PROCESS

Proposals

Before any work begins, you'll receive a detailed proposal outlining project scope, deliverables, timeline, crew, equipment, and investment. The proposal ensures alignment before production starts.

At the bottom of the proposal, you'll find a signature section. By signing, you agree to the project scope and our Terms of Service. Once signed, we'll send your invoice and confirm your production date.

Invoicing

Once you've signed the proposal, we'll send your invoice via Xero.

Payment methods:

Bank transfer, credit card (3% transaction fee), or purchase order (for government/corporate accounts).

Payment

For Campaign Sprint (one-off projects):

Option 1 (Standard): 50/50 Split

50% deposit upon contract signing. Remaining 50% due before final delivery. Deposit is non-refundable.

Option 2: Monthly Installments

Available for projects over $15,000. Contact us to discuss terms.

For Content Engine (monthly subscription):

Monthly billing in advance. First month requires 50% upfront (pre-production), 50% after first delivery. Subsequent months billed on the 1st.

Expenses:

All production expenses (locations, talent, permits, etc.) are included in quoted pricing unless otherwise specified.

Payment Terms:

Invoices are due within 14 days. Late payments incur a $100 fee, plus $150 for each additional month overdue.

Revisions

All packages include two rounds of revisions. A revision round includes consolidated feedback via our review platform with timestamps.

Revisions are defined as adjustments that don't significantly change the project scope—things like timing adjustments, color balance, audio levels, or minor rearrangements.

Additional revision rounds are billed at $200 per hour (minimum 1 hour). Significant scope changes require a new proposal.

Delivery

Campaign Sprint:

First draft delivered 2-3 weeks after production, depending on project complexity. Final delivery after all revisions are complete and invoices paid.

Content Engine:

Assets delivered on agreed schedule (typically 10-14 days after shoot). Batched monthly delivery for efficiency.
